Order Cancellation

Here at 3D Royal Gift, we pride ourselves on promptly crafting your custom crystal, packaging, and dispatching it to ensure you can enjoy it in the shortest time possible. Consequently, if you wish to cancel your order, we need to be notified immediately. Please reach out to us at info@royalgift.ae detailing the reasons behind your cancellation request.

Should your order be fully or partially ready at the time we receive your cancellation request, we should be able to proceed with the cancellation. Nonetheless, a 20% customization fee will be deducted from your refund to cater for the work already undertaken.

Product Returns

Our returns policy is active for 30 days. Should 30 days elapse since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.

To qualify for a return:

  • The order needs to be sent back to us within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date.

  • Include a brief note explaining the reason for the return, together with your account details.

  • The items should be repackaged in their original box.
    •
  • This guarantee is extended to all our customers and retailers.
    •
  • For custom crystals, a 20% customization fee is applicable.

    Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

    To finalize your return, we need a receipt or a proof of purchase. Please avoid sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Refunds Process (if applicable)

    Upon receiving and examining your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain timeframe.

    Delays or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as processing times may differ. If you’ve exhausted these steps and you still haven't received your refund, please email us at info@royalgift.ae.

    Sale Items (if applicable)

    Unfortunately, we can only refund regular priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded.

    Product Exchanges (if applicable)

    We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, email us at info@royalgift.ae and send your item to 3D Royal Gift

    Gifts

    If an item was designated as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

    If the item wasn't marked as a gift during purchase, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, we will process the refund to the gift giver, who will be informed about your return.

    Shipping

    To return your product, mail it to 3D Royal Gift,

    You will bear the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

    The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

    For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
